Job summary

ViewSonic seeks an experienced eCommerce Sales Manager for Amazon & Marketplaces in North America. You will own revenue, margins, forecasting, inventory, promotions, and the Amazon relationship across 1P, 3P, and Amazon Business.

You will drive expansion into new NA marketplaces and shape global playbooks with CoE alignment. The role emphasizes execution, strong cross-functional leadership, and travel to Amazon and key markets, with a hybrid setup based in California (Brea) and regional

Qualifications

Six or more years owning Amazon as a brand, agency lead, or both with hands-on depth in Vendor Central and Seller Central.
Experience managing a brand eCommerce P&L with measurable revenue impact.
Strong forecasting, inventory planning, and promotional discipline.
Proven ability to negotiate terms, co-op, and business planning with Amazon contacts.
Fluency in retail-media metrics including TACoS/ACoS and ROAS.

Responsibilities

Own revenue, profitability, and P&L for Amazon US/CA across 1P/3P and Business.
Forecast demand and plan inventory with supply chain and product management teams.
Manage purchase-order health and recovery of revenue from POs.
Own promotional calendars for Prime Day, PBDD, DOTD, and seasonal events.
Run pricing execution and MAP integrity across channels including SFP partners.
Maintain account-health workflows: chargebacks, deductions, and PQV tickets.
Oversee catalog/listing health and content compliance.
