Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in El Segundo, California is seeking an E-commerce & Merchandising Project Lead to strategize sales cycles, improve e-commerce functionality, and optimize operations.

You will lead cross-functional projects from ideation to post-launch, manage inventory for shop.the company.com and employee stores, and collaborate with Product, Dev, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance to drive KPI improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in e-commerce or digital retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional e-commerce projects from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Ensure timely delivery of all materials, inbound and outbound.
• Manage and maintain inventory for shop.the company.com and employee retail stores.
• Own PO issuance and invoice close out for the network of vendors.
• Coordinate and prioritize work across Product, Developers, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, and external agencies/vendors.
• Monitor project KPIs (conversion rate, revenue impact, site performance, on-time delivery, budget adherence) and report insights to leadership.
