Sonos Inc seeks an experienced Ecommerce Growth leader to own demand to conversion on sonos.com. The role blends brand, campaigns, merchandising, and growth measurement to maximize on-site performance and revenue.

You will lead a team of three, shape the operating model, and drive a coordinated GTM calendar with a data-driven experimentation agenda across paid and organic channels. Hybrid work is offered in the US, with location flexibility within commuting distance of multiple hubs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in growth product management, digital marketing, ecommerce, or DTC roles.
• 2+ years of people management, leading multiple disciplines.
• Proven ownership of funnels and compounding lift through programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a three-person team and set the operating model for demand and growth.
• Own the end-to-end funnel, from acquisition to purchase and post-purchase activation.
• Coordinate campaigns, merchandising, and content to drive brand and platform performance.
• Drive paid and organic discovery, feed health, and conversion optimization.
• Build a high-velocity growth experimentation program across acquisition, content, and onboarding.
