Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven eCommerce leader to drive growth across major retailer digital businesses, including Walmart and Target. You will oversee daily eCommerce operations, forecasting, promotions, and analytics to improve sales, traffic, and profitability.

Collaborate with retailer contacts and cross-functional teams to execute digital initiatives, optimize content and conversion, and manage seasonal promotions and assortment changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, supply chain or related field.
• 5+ years in eCommerce, omnichannel sales, or related commercial roles.
• Experience with Walmart/Walmart.com and Target/Target.com is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the retail team in driving growth across Walmart and Target digital businesses.
• Lead day-to-day eCommerce operations, forecasting, promotion execution, and analytics.
• Partner with retailer contacts and cross-functional teams to execute digital initiatives.
• Analyze performance trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Own digital shelf excellence including content, search, reviews, and conversion.
• Manage promotional programs, seasonal events, and assortment changes.
