Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced analytics-driven professional to own Walmart.com and Sam's Club categories from Rogers, AR. You will drive sales, forecast accuracy, and promotional planning while delivering data-driven reviews to internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will build dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports, collaborate across teams, and coach peers to optimize digital shelf opportunities and category growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Development, Sales, eCommerce, Category Management, Analytics, or related commercial functions
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience developing business presentations, scorecards, and performance reporting
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working cross-functionally to drive business results
• Passion for eCommerce, customer development, and digital growth
• This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Own sales, volume, profit, and commercial spend objectives for assigned Walmart.com and Sam's Club categories
• Serve as the day-to-day business owner for assigned categories
• Support customer planning, Joint Business Plans, and category growth initiatives
• Lead forecasting, promotional planning, distribution tracking, and post-event performance analysis
• Build and deliver customer-facing business reviews, selling stories, and recommendations
• Develop scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting
• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, availability, assortment, share, and promotional performance
• Conduct root cause analysis and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Evaluate category and SKU performance for assortment expansion, productivity, and growth opportunities
• Prioritize digital shelf opportunities and measure content, assortment, and availability improvements
• Manage commercial investments, forecast accuracy, financial reconciliation, and performance tracking
• Collaborate cross-functionally on customer priorities, new item launches, promotional events, and strategic initiatives
• Act as a peer coach and share best practices in analytics, business planning, and eCommerce performance management
