Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Digital Shelf Manager to lead optimization across Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, and Target. You will collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, sales, and master data teams to implement strategies that boost visibility, conversion, and sales.

You will test content via A/B experiments on PDPs and imagery, analyze content health and review sentiment, and coordinate with brands and agencies to maintain digital shelf content.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in ecommerce, digital shelf, or digital content management (CPG preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital shelf strategy across Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, and Target
• Working knowledge of content syndication tools and retailer portals
• Knowledge of SEO, GEO, keywording, and PDP optimization
• Proven ability to translate retailer and shopper insights into optimization strategies
• Ability to analyze data sets, identify opportunities, and present insights clearly
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Prior experience with creative workflows and Generative AI tools (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact on digital shelf matters across eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Target)
• Partner with marketing, ecommerce, sales, and master data teams to implement digital shelf strategies
• Test and learn content adjustments using Amazon Experiments (A/B tests) across titles, descriptions, and PDP imagery
• Analyze data and KPIs such as content health and search performance to generate optimization insights
• Coordinate collaboration among brand, ecommerce, sales, brokers, and agencies on digital shelf content
• Build Salsify retailer syndication channels to manage digital shelf content
• Stay current on retailer platforms and ecommerce trends to guide strategy
