BORN PRIMITIVE is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own performance of our digital storefronts across US, Canada, and EU. You will drive conversion rate, site experience, and merchandising while hands-on with landing pages, tech, and day-to-day site management.

You’ll partner with Marketing, Email/SMS, and Customer Service to reduce CAC and improve the customer journey, with room to grow in a fast‑growing, veteran‑owned environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years ecommerce experience, including CRO success on high-traffic sites.
• Experience leading or managing a team in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong UX/UI and merchandising judgment.

• Own CRO and site experience across three storefronts (US/Canada/EU).
• Lead Ecommerce Team, roadmap, and prioritization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Product to optimize CAC and customer journey.
