Job summary

Parts Express International is seeking an organized eCommerce Analyst to maintain online content, launch new products, monitor inventory and pricing, and respond to customer questions across Amazon, Best Buy, and eBay. The role supports sales and margin goals through data-driven market analysis and KPI monitoring.

You will collaborate with ecommerce, marketing, merchandising, supply chain, and finance teams, creating dashboards and reports to drive profitability and market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business/finance/marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, eCommerce, or related roles preferred.
• Proficient in Excel; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Analyze eCommerce sales, revenue, profitability, conversion, traffic, and product performance across digital channels.
• Support sales goals by identifying growth opportunities and tracking performance against targets.
• Analyze pricing, product cost, promotions, and channel profitability to drive improvements.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs and monitor them for strategic decisions.
• Monitor listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions across marketplaces like Amazon, Best Buy and eBay.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve visibility and conversion rates online.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, marketing, merchandising, supply chain, and finance teams.
• Create digital marketing campaigns and analyze ROI and performance.
• Monitor competitor pricing, marketplace activity, and industry trends.
• Conduct market analysis to determine share and opportunities across channels.
• Assist with sales forecasting, demand planning, and inventory analysis; identify data discrepancies and improve reporting.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
