Job summary

Parts-Express-International,-Inc. is seeking an organized eCommerce Analyst to own content maintenance, product launches, inventory and pricing monitoring, and customer inquiries across Amazon, Best Buy and eBay.

You will provide timely reporting and issue resolution to support retail accounts and profitability. You will develop dashboards, analyze sales metrics, and collaborate with marketing, merchandising, supply chain and finance to drive growth, margin, and online performance through

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field; related work experience acceptable.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or related roles preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Analyze eCommerce sales, revenue, profitability, conversion rates, traffic, and product performance across digital sales channels.
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support planning and decisions.
Monitor listings and pricing across marketplaces such as Amazon, Best Buy and eBay.
Collaborate with eCommerce, marketing, merchandising, supply chain and finance to align reporting with business objectives.
Identify growth opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
