Job summary

Professional Contractor Supply is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Project Analyst to drive online product performance across Amazon and eBay platforms, conduct market and pricing research, and negotiate with vendors.

You will generate sales reports, manage listings, and leverage AI tools to automate processes. A hands-on, fast-paced environment awaits with hybrid work options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a sales or customer service capacity.
• Prior experience in an e-commerce environment is preferred.
• Prior experience using Netsuite is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product and market research, competitive analysis and pricing for online products to drive sales and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Generate sales and inventory reports and management recommendations using BI and other reporting tools.
• Own the promotional buying process for all strategic vendors and ensure accurate promotional execution.
• Utilize AI tools to suggest, create and implement automations and workflows.
• Manage VIP customers by placing purchase orders and monitoring sales orders.
• Operate Amazon Seller Central and eBay platforms daily to ensure products generate sales and improve rankings.
• Create and update product listings on Amazon and eBay.
