Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist for our warehouse to perform generalist duties with a focus on order picking or packing/shipping. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely work, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

On the 1st shift (6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.), you will locate and prepare guest orders, support transfers, and utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems. Must be punctual and dependable with the ability to travel if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently locate and pick product for guest orders or designated transfers.
• Maintain production volume and accurate item picking into order totes.
• Operate computer systems, Bluetooth and RF scanners and other warehouse tech.
• Keep work area clean and safe; replenish supplies as needed.
• Assist with order induction and support other duties as assigned.
