Job summary

CUTLER'S INC is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse E-Commerce Shipping Specialist to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of online orders. You will pick, pack, and ship products while maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities include generating shipping labels, verifying order accuracy, and supporting cycle counts. The role requires dependability, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in Utah's dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience preferred.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and shipping software is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare shipments using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage.
• Generate and apply shipping labels using warehouse management systems and carrier platforms (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS).
• Verify order accuracy before shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain organized packing stations and a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
• Receive and process incoming shipments as needed.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding order issues or delays.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
