Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in fulfillment and direct‑to‑consumer eCommerce operations.
• Experience with eCommerce, retail, or home appliance businesses.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Run day‑to‑day eCommerce fulfillment operations by reviewing open orders and coordinating with teams to ship on time.
• Support demand planning by reviewing orders to prevent backorders and ensure accurate delivery messaging.
• Evaluate logistics performance and surface issues to owners for resolution.
