Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking an experienced Interim Sr. Financial Analyst in Scottsdale, AZ, onsite 4 days per week with remote Thursdays, to support a rapidly growing local ecommerce-focused business.

The role will partner with executive leadership, manage inventory, COGS, LTV and 3PL costs, and develop financial models and dashboards while driving budgeting and forecasting during a period of rapid growth. Pay rate is $50/hr with contract-to-hire potential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Financial Analysis or FP&A experience.
• Experience within eCommerce, DTC, or online retail environments.
• Strong understanding of inventory, COGS, LTV metrics, and third-party logistics.
• Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, high-growth organizations with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the executive leadership to support strategic business decisions.
• Analyze performance, profitability, growth initiatives, and key operating metrics.
• Manage and report on inventory, COGS, customer lifetime value (LTV), and third-party logistics costs.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting using various systems.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives during rapid growth.
