Qualifications

• 10+ years of Financial Analysis, FP&A, or related finance experience.
• Experience within eCommerce, DTC, or online retail environments.
• Strong understanding of inventory, COGS, LTV metrics, and third-party logistics.
• Proven success partnering with executive leadership in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with executive leadership to support strategic business decisions.
• Analyze performance, profitability, growth initiatives, and key operating metrics.
• Manage and report on inventory, COGS, customer lifetime value (LTV), and third-party logistics costs.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting using various systems.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives during a period of rapid growth.

Job Title: Interim Sr. Financial Analyst

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Onsite 4 Days/Week, Remote Thursdays)

Pay Rate: $50/hr

Project Duration: approx. 2-3+ months(Contract-to-Hire Potential)
