YETI is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead FP&A for North America Amazon and Marketplace channels from our Austin, TX headquarters. You will own annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain to optimize revenue, margin, and inventory.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ability to connect financial results to business drivers, and clear communication with senior leadership.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, or related analytical role.
• Experience supporting eCommerce, Amazon, Marketplace, Retail, or Consumer Products is preferred.
• Strong understanding of revenue, gross margin, inventory, and profitability drivers.
• Ability to build forecasts, develop business cases, and influence decisions with data.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the finance business partner for forecasting, budgets, and long-range planning.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations for promotions, pricing, and inventory strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Marketing to drive revenue and profitability.
• Lead forecasting for marketplace channels and prepare executive-level reporting.
• Develop scenarios, business cases, and dashboards to support commercial decisions.
