Job summary

Skechers is seeking an Analyst, Ecommerce Experience to turn data into insights that enhance the customer journey across Skechers.com and the mobile app. You will collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Loyalty, CRM, Marketing, and Merchandising to monitor performance and drive testing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, curious, and collaborative, with experience in digital commerce analytics and a passion for AI-powered shopping experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, statistics, economics, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in digital analytics, e-commerce, CRO, or related fields.
Experience with GA4 and digital analytics platforms.
Basic understanding of A/B testing and experimentation principles.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor funnel performance across Skechers.com and the mobile app.
Identify trends, friction points, and opportunities to improve conversion and customer engagement.
Support analysis of product performance, promotions, pricing, and customer behavior.
Track and report on key site performance KPIs and business impacts.
Assist with A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.
Present insights and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams.
