J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking a highly creative Senior Digital Designer to enhance design across website, email, social and off-site marketing. You will transform concepts into wireframes and visual assets that reinforce a strong, cohesive brand and customer experience.

Join a collaborative team of Art Directors, Web Developers and Brand Writers. You’ll multitask, pre‑plan projects, and mentor junior designers while delivering high‑quality work that reflects JCG’s fashion-forward aesthetic.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a high-volume fashion/tech design environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital design excellence.
• Strong typography, layout, form and color.
• Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign and Creative Cloud.
• Knowledge of web standards and responsive design.
• Pro-active with initiative and follow-through.
• Excellent communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Produce on-brand digital content for website and emails.
• Own editorial features and site enhancements.
• Collaborate with art directors and developers.
• Guide junior designers and maintain brand aesthetic.
• Execute still life shoots when required.
• Stay current with fashion and digital trends.
