Job summary

J.Crew Group seeks an Ecomm Project Manager to drive delivery of consumer-facing features across jcrew.com and factory.jcrew.com. You will lead scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, design sessions, and sprint planning, partnering with Product, Engineering, QA, and Web Operations to ensure timely and quality releases.

You will balance Agile and Waterfall approaches as needed, optimize workflows with PMO allies, and provide executive updates while helping manage budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3–5 years of eCommerce or digital product/project management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player across engineering, business, and creative teams.
• Proficiency with AI tools and applying them to reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the building and implementation of enhanced web experiences for jcrew.com and factory.jcrew.com.
• Manage day-to-day scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, design sessions, and sprint planning.
• Act as liaison between Business/Product teams and Engineering, QA, and Web Operations.
• Support both Agile and Waterfall delivery as needed by project requirements.
• Improve workflows with Product, QA, Engineering, DevOps, and PMO partners.
• Provide executive status updates via appropriate tools and reviews.
• Manage team budget, quarterly forecasts, accruals, and invoicing.
