Job summary

Adidas Wilkes-Barre distribution center seeks a Control Room Supervisor to lead ecommerce and retail operations, driving productivity, quality and service levels across the DC. You will guide shop floor execution and stakeholder alignment to meet customer delivery expectations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in WMS/WCS, SAP, Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Distribution Center functional area to meet productivity, quality and service targets.
• Train, manage and develop Control Room associates.
• Maintain working knowledge of WCS, WMS and supporting platforms.
• Collect, report and provide feedback on operations using SAP, Excel, WMS queries, Power BI, and SCI reporting.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate to senior management as needed.
• Analyze data and identify trends in order/product flow using Warehouse Management Systems.
