Adidas is seeking a Control Room Supervisor to lead a critical Distribution Center function in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The role supports adidas ecommerce and retail operations, driving growth and efficiency with data-driven decisions.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in a related field, with responsibilities including supervising control room staff, managing WMS/SAP tools, and ensuring safety and service level targets are met. Shift: Mon-Fri, 2pm-10pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related industry experience.
• Experience operating in high-volume ecommerce operations.
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate clearly with shop floor and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a functional area in the Distribution Center and meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
• Train, manage and develop Control Room associates.
• Maintain knowledge of WCS/WMS and supporting platforms.
• Analyze operations data using SAP, Excel, WMS queries and Power BI; report trends.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate to senior management when needed.
• Provide directions to shop floor to ensure on-time customer delivery and DC metrics.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and incident reporting.
