Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university preferred.
• 2-4 years of related work experience or equivalent combination preferred.
• Experience in ecommerce site operations, digital marketing, UX, or related customer experience roles.

Responsibilities

• Observe and analyze the customer journey using site data to identify friction and conversion opportunities.
• Develop a prioritized backlog of hypotheses and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Design and manage site tests using Shopify A/B tools and Algolia features with documented results.
• Evaluate changes and build a knowledge base of learnings for future optimization.
• Collaborate with UX/UI Designer to turn insights into design improvements.
• Monitor key conversion touchpoints and surface issues with regular briefings to leadership.
