Qualifications

Experience analyzing the customer journey using funnel reports and page-level metrics.
Translate observations into clear, actionable CRO recommendations.
Design and manage site tests within Shopify/Algolia ecosystem.
Strong experience with web analytics tools (GA or Adobe Analytics).

Responsibilities

Observe the customer journey to identify friction and opportunities.
Maintain a backlog of CRO hypotheses with clear recommendations.
Design and run site tests using Shopify tools and Algolia features.
Evaluate results and document learnings for future tests.
Collaborate with UX/UI Designer to translate insights into design changes.
Monitor conversion metrics and surface issues to leadership on a regular cadence.
Conduct desktop, mobile, and app UX walkthroughs to ensure Magnolia brand standards.
Stay current on CRO best practices and platform capabilities.
