Role Overview
The eCommerce Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the brand's online business by ensuring products, promotions, and digital content are accurately maintained across eCommerce channels. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience to execute digital initiatives, optimize the online shopping experience, and support revenue growth.
Must have prior beauty eCommerce experience to be considered for this role.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the brand's eCommerce website(s), ensuring product information, pricing, promotions, and content are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities across digital channels.
- Maintain product catalogs, including images, descriptions, specifications, and merchandising attributes.
- Monitor website performance and user experience, identifying opportunities for optimization and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to execute homepage updates, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital assets.
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing collections, product assortments, navigation, and search optimization.
- Track inventory availability and coordinate with Operations to minimize out-of-stock issues.
- Assist in monitoring website analytics, sales performance, and customer behavior to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports on website traffic, conversion rates, sales performance, and promotional effectiveness.
- Coordinate with external agencies, platform partners, and internal stakeholders to support ongoing website enhancements.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) testing for website updates, new product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist with customer experience initiatives by identifying and resolving website-related issues.
- Stay informed on eCommerce, beauty, and digital marketing trends to recommend best practices and process improvements.
- Support marketplace and retail partner eCommerce initiatives as needed (e.g., Amazon, Sephora, Ulta, or other retail platforms).
eCommerce Coordinator Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, merchandising, or online retail, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or consumer goods industry.
- Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, or similar.
- Familiarity with digital merchandising, product information management (PIM), and content management systems (CMS).
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), reporting tools, and key eCommerce performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
