Sam's Club is seeking a store operations associate in Midlothian, VA to supervise associates, support ecommerce programs such as Club Pick Up, and ensure safe, clean, well-organized store operations. You will train staff, handle customer concerns, and assist with merchandising and pricing according to policy.

The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting companywide Open Door Policy and safety standards at the Midlothian location.

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsabilidades

• Supervises associates in assigned area by assigning duties, providing direction, and coaching to ensure effective member service.
• Oversees Sam's Club Pickup and ecommerce programs, audits orders, and resolves customer issues to support CPU performance.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness of the facility, conducts safety sweeps, and reports unsafe conditions.
• Delivers member service by identifying member needs, assisting with self-service tech, and explaining products and services.
• Ensures merchandise presentation and pricing comply with company policies and handles claims and returns.
