Job summary

Rugs USA is seeking an Ecommerce Account Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of wholesale and marketplace accounts. You will ensure accurate product information, pricing, imagery, and content across platforms, while driving growth and reporting insights.

Collaborate with Codarus reps and the Annie Selke ISR team to deliver timely updates and resolutions, supporting cross-department initiatives and content launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy are critical.
• Experience with ecommerce marketplaces and wholesale accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational needs of multiple wholesale and marketplace ecommerce accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, reps, pricing, imagery, and content updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and support account growth.
• Prepare and distribute reports, sales updates, and product information.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to meet business goals.
