The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with young children, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in childcare or educational settings.
• Knowledge of child development and classroom safety standards.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and support the Certified Teacher.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Certified Teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and learning experiences that support whole-child development.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and environmentally responsible classroom.
• Supervise children during activities, meals, and outdoor experiences; report concerns per state requirements.
• Greet families and participate in sustainable communication and family engagement.
