Job summary

Babilou Family US is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support a Certified Teacher in a year-round program at Little Sprouts in Nashua, NH. You will help create a safe, nurturing, and sustainable learning environment and foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

We value teamwork, sustainability in daily practice, and ongoing professional development through our Babilou Family Academy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with young children in childcare or educational setting.
• Knowledge of child development and classroom safety standards.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and support the Certified Teacher effectively.
