Harvest Pack Inc. is seeking an Account Manager and Inside Sales Specialist to be the heartbeat of our sales team in Arcadia, CA.

You will own the post-sale lifecycle, ensure flawless order execution, and nurture relationships to drive retention and expansion. You will manage inbound inquiries, generate quotes, support field sales with materials, and coordinate with production and accounting to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B customer service, internal sales, or account management.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot) and ERP systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume emails and tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex logistics or product specs.
• Genuine interest in sustainability and helping businesses transition to eco-friendly packaging.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for mid-tier accounts, building trust through proactive communication and impeccable service.
• Own the end-to-end order process, from entry to delivery, ensuring 100% accuracy.
• Support the Field Sales team by generating quotes, preparing pitch presentations, and managing samples.
• Act as the "CRM Champion," maintaining high-quality data in Salesforce/HubSpot to ensure accurate sales forecasting.
• Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries; vetting potential leads and transitioning qualified leads to the appropriate Account Executive/Closer.
