Methodist Richardson Medical Center in Richardson, TX is seeking an ECMO Specialist to support the ECMO program and patient care plans. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and educating on ECMO therapies in collaboration with the ECMO physician and ICU team.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, ECMO training, and active TX RN/RRT/Perfusion licensure, plus minimum 2 years of critical care experience. BLS/ACLS certifications are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience.
• Completion of ECMO training program or formal education in extracorporeal circulation.
• TX nursing license or equivalent perfusion/respiratory licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, and educate on ECMO patient care.
• Communicate with the ECMO physician and ICU team to interpret and adjust treatment.
• Contribute to development of treatment plans specific to ECMO patients.
