Job summary

Methodist Dallas Medical Center is seeking an ECMO specialist to participate in the development and execution of ECMO patient care plans. The role involves assessment, planning, implementation, and education, working closely with the ECMO physician and the broader healthcare team to interpret and adjust treatment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, completion of an ECMO training program or equivalent, and an active RN (Tx) or RRT/CCP license with BLS/ACLS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as required.
• Completion of an ECMO training program or formal education in Extra Corporeal Circulation.
• RN license in Texas or RRT license with NBRC, or CCP perfusion license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA.
• Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience.

Responsibilities
