Job summary

Boston Children's Hospital seeks an ECMO Program Coordinator II to manage day-to-day ECMO operations and projects. You will coordinate activities, track action items, prepare reports, and support leadership priorities in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary program.

You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, assist with recruitment and communications, and help plan workshops and conferences, ensuring programs stay organized and moving forward.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • Full-time schedule, primarily in person.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate program activities and daily ECMO operations.
  • Assist with developing and updating program goals and objectives.
  • Prepare or assist with funding proposals and continuation requests.
  • Provide guidance and problem-solving support to staff and others.
  • Prepare reports on program activities, progress, and status.
  • Help evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvements.
  • Review applications and program documents as needed.
  • Assist with recruitment and materials.
  • Plan workshops and meetings, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Maintain relationships with internal teams and external organizations.
  • May supervise staff.
