You will collaborate with the ECMO Medical Director, Cardiac Perfusionists, and multidisciplinary teams to advance quality improvement, staff education, and program development on a day-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in respiratory care, nursing, or a related healthcare field
• Minimum 2 years of clinical ECMO experience
• Minimum 5 years of critical care experience

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination for the clinical, educational, and operational activities of the ECMO program.
• Support high standards of ECMO care, staff education, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and program development.
