Job summary

Atrium Health Levine Children's Hospital seeks an ECMO Clinical Supervisor to manage ECMO equipment and support daily operations. This role ensures patient care coordination, staffing, and compliance while leading a multidisciplinary team in a high-acuity pediatric setting.

Qualifications include RN or RCP licensure, 3+ years of acute care, and BSN/BSRT within 3 years, plus mandatory ACLS/PALS/BLS certifications. The position requires 7p–7a shifts with weekend/holiday coverage.

Qualifications

  • RN or RCP license from an accredited school.
  • Three years of acute care experience in the specialty.
  • ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications (required).
  • BSN or BSRT must be completed within the first 3 years.

Responsibilities

  • Operate ECMO equipment and assist manager with daily operations.
  • Coordinate patient care and outcomes, staffing, and budgets.
  • Supervise ECMO Specialists and participate in committees and initiative projects.
  • Maintain competency with ECMO procedures and provide CRRT in neonatal/pediatric patients.
