Job summary

Akido Labs, Inc. is seeking an ECM Program Manager in the Inland Empire to lead an interdisciplinary team and deliver compassionate care for underserved communities.

The role combines program oversight with hands-on case management and behavioral health coordination. You will supervise nurses, care coordinators, and community health workers, ensuring high-quality care, crisis triage, and adherence to regulatory standards while collaborating with the Director and external partners.

Qualifications

• MSW or MFT degree preferred; CA licensure preferred.
• 4+ years managing front-line staff.
• Experience with Medi-Cal/Medicaid populations and CalAIM/ECM programs.
• Willingness to reside locally; hybrid role in Inland Empire.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary team of case managers including RN, Care Coordinator, and CHW.
• Oversee care planning and ensure crisis response protocols are followed.
• Maintain compliance with IEHP ECM program requirements, CalAIM, and HIPAA.
• Guide quarterly objectives and quality improvement with Director.
• Oversee enrollment/disenrollment and budget.
