HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to lead clinical strategy and oversight for the ECM program in California. The role coordinates behavioral health, physical health, and community services for high-need Medi-Cal members.

The position emphasizes training, supervision, and collaboration with leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality care delivery. Monday–Friday schedule supported on-site in Santa Ana.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited program.
• Valid licensure from the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (LMFT/LPCC/LCSW).
• First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Driver’s license and access to transportation preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement clinical strategies aligned with ECM program goals.
• Provide clinical oversight to the ECM team to ensure quality and compliance.
• Deliver trainings on clinical topics and care coordination for staff.
• Act as a clinical liaison between ECM, providers, and community resources; participate in multidisciplinary teams.

Formazione

Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field

California licensure (LMFT/LPCC/LCSW)

First Aid and CPR certification (within 30 days of hire)

Valid California Driver’s License
