Akido Labs, Inc. seeks an ECM Program Manager in the Inland Empire to lead an interdisciplinary team delivering behavioral health and care coordination for Medi-Cal populations.

This hybrid role requires in-person clinic presence in Pomona and Rancho Cucamonga, with occasional travel to Los Angeles. You will supervise case managers, collaborate with the nurse, care coordinator, and community health workers, build partnerships, ensure quality metrics, and drive quarterly objectives with the

Qualifications

• Experience managing frontline staff.
• Deep understanding of Medi-Cal populations.
• California licensure (LCSW/LMFT) preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary team including RN, Care Coordinator, and Community Health Worker.
• Oversee patient care plans and ensure adherence to care standards.
• Coordinate with Director to meet audit requirements and compliance metrics.
• Drive quarterly objectives and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new case managers.
