COPE Health Solutions is seeking an ECM Supervisor to oversee daily operations, training, and care coordination oversight for the Enhanced Care Management team in California. The role emphasizes leadership, policy adherence, and compliant documentation to support high-quality patient-centered services.

You will monitor workflow, ensure timely reporting and billing submissions, supervise staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while promoting privacy and PHI protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in a health-related field preferred.
• 2+ years supervisor/leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and car insurance.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Oversee ECM team operations and staff development.
• Manage ARC CM/ECM platform operations, security, and performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Maintain ECM policies, procedures, and standards.
• Lead onboarding and training of staff.
• Coordinate care planning and documentation standards.
• Ensure timely reporting and data integrity.
