Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include ARDMS or CCI certification in cardiac or vascular sonography.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

• Formal credentialing and competency requirements per department.

Responsabilités

• Perform ultrasound exams per department protocols.
• Prioritize and schedule exams; coordinate with staff and patients.
• Educate patients and families about procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during exams.
• Document results and applicable charge codes.
• Mentor caregivers and students on equipment use.
