Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Cardiovascular Technologist to perform vascular and echocardiography ultrasound examinations under general supervision. The role includes analyzing ECGs, Holter data, and generating quantitative arrhythmia reports, with opportunities for travel to healthcare facilities in West Virginia.

Requirements include CPR as applicable, current health certificate, and meeting all federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or related field preferred.
• 1 year of Cardiovascular technician experience preferred.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• Current health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular and echocardiography ultrasound examinations.
• Analyze digitized ECG tapes and Holter monitoring data.
• Conduct specialized evaluations including cardiac ultrasound and echocardiography.
• Generate quantitative arrhythmia reports.

Job description

Under general supervision, performs vascular andechocardiography ultrasound examinations for patients. Participates in a variety of specializedtechnical evaluation procedures, including analyzing digitized electrocardiography(ECG) tapes, Holter monitoring, cardiac ultrasound and echocardiography, andgenerating quantitative arrhythmia reports.

• Associate’s degree or experience in a related fieldpreferred and/or per state requirements
• One (1) year of experience as a Cardiovascular technicianpreferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
