Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and teaching license in NC.
• Master's degree preferred for EC specialization.
• Experience with IEPs, assessments, and data-driven planning.
• Strong collaboration with administrators and EC team.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to laws, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with admins and educators to support EC students.
• Follow crisis/emergency procedures.
• Administer and interpret IEP goals and tests.
• Use data to monitor progress toward academic/behavioral goals.
• Set clear objectives for lessons and communicate to students.
• Modify instruction to meet IEP goals.
• Observe and assess student progress regularly.
• Create environments to manage emotional/behavioral needs.
• Develop and implement BIPs and IEPs as needed.
• Use applied behavioral analysis data and strategies.
• Meet with parents to discuss progress and priorities.
• Maintain accurate records as required by policy.
• Participate in professional development and PLCs.
• Create an inclusive, positive classroom environment.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
