Job summary

Sidley Austin LLP is seeking an Electronic Billing (eBilling) Analyst to support the Electronic Billing Manager in handling the firm’s electronic billing processes. You will work with clients and personnel across offices to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and effective data exchange.

Duties include onboarding clients to billing systems, troubleshooting submissions, maintaining LEDES formats, monitoring invoice status, and coordinating with Billing, Accounts Receivable, Pricing, and Revenue

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience.
• Advanced capabilities and knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel.
• Experience with electronic billing systems such as eBillingHub and 3E.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients on applicable electronic billing systems and communicate timelines and requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to invoice submissions, mapping errors, and integrations.
• Address questions from Firm personnel across offices as eBilling helpdesk.
• Ensure compliance with electronic billing system requirements used by the Firm.
• Understand LEDES billing formats and coordinate formats with HUB Support.
