FMC Corporation in Eastern Washington seeks a Field Sales Representative to expand our footprint, manage distributor and retail accounts, and partner with regional teams to drive revenue.

You bring 5+ years of sales experience in agriculture or related life sciences, a proven ability to build relationships, and willingness to travel up to 50% to meet customers across Spokane, Pullman, Lewiston, and Walla Walla.

• 5+ years sales experience in agriculture or related field.
• Core principals in value selling and agronomics.
• Experience facilitating and executing complex projects.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Experience driving new and existing business opportunities with key accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer accounts, identify and develop new prospects to sell FMC products.
• Focus on sales targets, business development, and building customer relationships.
• Develop and execute account plans, negotiating to meet targets and margins.
• Build customer business relationships and prepare sales presentations, plans and reports.
• Obtain and communicate market information related to sales volumes and forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, supply chain) to provide value-added service.
• Travel up to 50% to service territory responsibilities.
