Confidential Search – National Mortgage Lender seeks an experienced Divisional Vice President to lead and expand production across the Eastern U.S. Retail Market, driving growth, recruiting producers, opening branches, and strengthening operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years retail mortgage production management experience.
• Track record of building retail teams and growing branch networks.
• Proven success increasing volume, revenue, and market presence.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, coaching, and communication ability.
• Strategic thinker who executes and problem-solves in real time.
• Deep knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, GNMA and mortgage compliance/regs.
• Bachelor’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute growth strategy across the Eastern markets.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor loan officers and branch leaders.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales and operations infrastructure.
• Expand market share through business development and competitive positioning.
• Increase production volume, profitability, and branch performance.
• Maintain operational excellence in origination, processing, and closing.
• Support branch P&L, monitor expenses, and drive profitability.
• Coach teams to improve LO performance and service quality.
