Job summary

EMAC has engaged to find a Regional Vice President to expand the Western division and partner with executive leadership to grow the retail lending network. The role focuses on recruiting and onboarding experienced loan officers to generate new business with Realtors, builders, and referral partners within a defined territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in residential mortgage production management.
• Minimum 8 years in mortgage banking origination.
• Proven ability to lead a motivated sales team.
• Proven track record of building production and identifying opportunities.
• Strong business development and strategic planning capabilities.
• Thorough knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA/GNMA and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Expand the Western division by recruiting and onboarding loan officers.
• Partner with executive leadership to execute growth strategies.
