Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. seeks an Area Manager for Client Relationship Optimization National Accounts to drive contracts and relationships across the Eastern United States. You will lead negotiations, present to executives, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Sales to optimize strategic accounts.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), 3+ years in orthopedics contracting or account management, and strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Travel >50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in account management in orthopedics or contracting.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary internal contact for select accounts.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts.
• Develop, implement, and monitor contracts with accounts.
• Coordinate training with regional management, agencies, and sales reps.
• Travel 50% or more, located near a major airport.
