Arthrex, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager- Client Relationship Optimization National Accounts to lead initiatives across the Eastern United States. The role focuses on strategic contracting with key customers, agencies, and internal teams to increase sales of Shoulder, Knee, Hip, and other products.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in orthopedic account management or contracting, and strong presentation skills for executive audiences. Location near a major airport preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is preferred.
• Three years of account management experience in orthopedics or contracting is expected.
• Experience making executive-level presentations is required.

Responsibilities

• Primary internal contact for select accounts in the Eastern United States.
• Develops, implements, and monitors contracts with accounts.
• Travel over 50% of the time; coordinate with Finance, Sales, Legal and Agencies.
• Present to executives and leadership teams; drive growth across product lines.
