Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of Arthrex, Arthrex agency, or competitive sports medicine/sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives within the Sports Medicine product line and manage a sales force.
- Build relationships with customers, agencies, and internal teams; drive sales strategies and hit targets.
- Travel 3+ days per week; communicate field activity to leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Develop and coach the agency sales team; support product training and pricing strategies.
