The role requires strong commercial judgment and the ability to translate Ridge’s brand strategy into measurable results. You will manage distributor performance, set calendars, and lead field activities including tastings and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Extensive knowledge and passion for wine.
• Proven success managing distributor relationships and field sales.
• Established network with key buyers and sommeliers.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Technologically proficient with MS Office, Salesforce, and VIP.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional wholesale strategy and growth across Eastern Region.
• Manage distributor performance, inventory, and pricing.
• Plan and execute in-market visits, tastings, and staff trainings.
• Collaborate with Ridge marketing for events and market campaigns.
• Provide reporting and insights to the National Sales Director.
