Job summary

Taft Family Ventures seeks a Regional Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of third-party properties in Eastern North Carolina. You will introduce and enforce policies to enable each property to meet budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives.

Lead onsite staff, coordinate with senior leadership, conduct site visits, review reports, and ensure compliance with HUD funding and Fair Housing practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple properties and onsite staff.
• Ability to develop and monitor budgets and operating plans.
• Knowledge of HUD programs and Fair Housing regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and supervision of onsite staff across properties.
• Oversee management of all properties within the portfolio and coordinate with leadership.
• Analyze property performance and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Landlord Tenant Act and housing programs.
• Inspect properties and monitor maintenance, occupancy, and budgets.
• Assist with annual operating and capital budget preparation.
• Resolve resident relations and escalated issues.
